Change of Mind : If you’re not satisfied with the merchandise received, you may request for exchange/return of the merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery by submitting shipping fee and shipping the merchandise back to the Big Hit Shop.
Wrong Order and Defective Items : If you’ve received wrong order or merchandise with manufactured defects, you may request for exchange/return of the merchandise within 90 days from the date of delivery by submitting shipping the merchandise back to the Big Hit Shop(You should leave your request on 1:1 inquiry within 30 days after receiving the merchandise)
Return/Exchange Shipping Cost
If the ‘Return’ is due to buyer’s change of mind, buyer will have to bear their own shipping fee to return the product back to the seller.
If the ‘Return’ is due to damaged, faulty or wrong products, seller will have to bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
Reasons for NOT possible Return/Exchange
Worn or damaged merchandise - Any merchandise that has been considered worn or used upon return or if the items are no longer in perfect condition due to removal of labels and original packaging will not be refunded.
Refund Delays Compensations
Matters concerning returns, exchanges, refunds, quality assurance and damage compensation due to defective products are handled in accordance with the consumer dispute resolution standards (Notice by Fair Trade Commission). Payment terms and procedures for refund or delayed refund are handled in accordance with the Act on Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc.
